Tributary Initiative for Learning (TRIL)

Shaping Africa’s Future Through Inclusive Technical Education

We are bridging the gap for marginalized youths with opportunities to learn, grow, and lead in the fields of engineering and technology.

Our Story

At Tributary Initiative for Learning (TRIL), we are dedicated to transforming the landscape of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) across Africa.

As an organization focused on engineering talent development, we believe in the power of People Development, Technological Innovation, and Research & Development to create lasting change.

Our responsive solutions are designed to ignite and sustain learners’ passion for engineering, align their career goals with meaningful opportunities, and equip them with the competitive edge required to succeed in an ever-evolving industrial world.

Our

At Tril, we are dedicated to harnessing the power of research, innovation, and expertise to deliver high-quality, equitable, and standardized engineering education programs. By doing so, we open doors to transformative opportunities for young Africans.

Our Vision
for the Future

We envision Africa transformed through cutting-edge Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), driving sustainable industrialization and fostering economic growth across the continent.

Our Work
Technical Education for Schools and Streets (TESS)

SteamIntegrate

A pre-skilling program for learners to gain transferable skills (core life skills and general vocational-technical skills-ILO 2007) for effective transition from school to in various jobs, occupations, and industries.

The Education and Employment Development Forum (TEEDForum)

A platform that TVET stakeholders deliberate, give recommendations, and advocate for  practices to drive results in the TVET ecosystem.

Vocational Education Training and Awareness (VETA)

VETA raises awareness of vocational education pathways, promoting work readiness and correcting misconceptions to build successful engineering careers.
